Your videos
Where your clips go, the one file that lists them, and how a day is planned from it.
Where clips go
Your videos stay on your Mac. Put each day's clips in one folder, for example content/2026-10-20/. Vertical 9:16 MP4 or MOV, the file you would post by hand.
Foundry copies a clip to the phone only when its post is due, through its own Photos importer, then posts it in the official app. Nothing is uploaded to us.
The list: videos.json
One line per clip: a short key, the file, a topic and the caption. The topic keeps two clips about the same thing apart; the caption is typed exactly as written.

]Plan the day
Run this once in the morning, or have your agent run it. It gives every enabled account its posts at random times and writes the day's plan.
- The same clip never goes to one platform twice.
- Posts on one phone are at least 18 minutes apart and clear of warm-ups. Warm-ups always win.
- Your dashboard Queue shows every slot as soon as the plan is written: today and tomorrow, with the clip, caption and account.

foundry statusChange or stop a day
Edit videos.json and run the plan again to replace the day. To stop posting at once, press Pause posting on your dashboard or run foundry pause; foundry resume starts it again. Warm-ups keep running either way.
